Skinless, boneless chicken breast, halves – 2
Freshly ground pepper – To taste
Coeur de Lion Camembert cheese (rind trimmed) – 250g
Parma ham – 4 slices

Brie Cheese Topping:
Coeur de Lion Brie cheese (rind trimmed & cream) – 4 pieces
Diced mango cubes for garnishing – 1 cup

1. Preheat in Turbo Incanto Multifunction Oven to 200 degrees C. Prepare a baking tray.
2. Split the chicken breasts down the middle, making a pocket in each, and spoon the Camembert cheese onto it. Close the pocket to contain the cheese, and then wrap each chicken breast with a slice of Parma ham.
3. Place the chicken in a baking tray and bake for 30–35 minutes until the chicken is thoroughly cooked and the juices run clear when tested with a skewer.
4. While chicken is baking, slice Brie cheese with the rind into 1/4 inch thick slices. When chicken is cooked, place slices of Brie cheese over the top. Return to the oven for another 3 to 5 minutes, until cheese is melted. Parma chicken with Brie cheese is complete! Garnish with diced mango cubes.

Chef is using Blanc Nano Ceramic baking tray and Turbo Incanto Multifunction Built-in Oven to prepare this recipe.

去皮去骨鸡胸肉,对半切开 – 2块

卡门伯特干酪 (Coeur de Lion Camembert)(去皮) – 250克

布里干酪(Brie cheese)配料:
布里干酪 (Coeur de Lion Brie) (去皮) – 4块
芒果丁 (点缀用) – 1杯

1. 家宝多功能烤箱预热至200摄氏度。准备一个烤盘。
2. 把鸡胸肉从中间分开,个别形成一个口袋,放入卡门伯特干酪(Coeur de Lion Camembert)。把含有干酪的口袋关起来,再各用一片帕尔玛(Parma)火腿包起。
3. 将鸡块放入烤盘中烤约30–35分钟直到鸡肉熟透,用叉子测试确保溢出的肉汁不含血水。
4. 在烤鸡的当儿,用去皮刀将布里干酪切成 1/4 寸厚片。鸡肉烤熟后,将切好的布里干酪(Coeur de Lion Brie)放在鸡肉上,再放回烤炉烤约3到5分钟,直至乳酪融化为止。最后铺上芒果丁点缀。
